Designer I

The Designer I is an entry-level to early-career position supporting the design and development of telecommunications infrastructure drawings. This role is ideal for individuals interested in engineering design, CAD drafting, utility infrastructure, and telecommunications projects.

:Responsibilities Include
  • Creating engineering drawings using Bentley MicroStation CAD software
  • Supporting overhead and underground utility design projects
  • Researching GIS, Right-of-Way, plats, deeds, and easement information
  • Reviewing project layouts and identifying design conflicts
  • Supporting telecommunications infrastructure development
Project Administrator I

The Project Administrator I supports project coordination, permitting operations, and administrative workflows across client and internal systems. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who are highly organized, detail-oriented, and interested in developing experience in telecommunications infrastructure and project coordination.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Supporting project tracking and system updates
  • Managing project documentation and digital records
  • Assisting with permitting and funding coordination
  • Running reports and monitoring project statuses
  • Supporting communication between project teams and Permit Managers
  • Maintaining accuracy across internal and client systems
Easement Manager

The Easement Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing the full lifecycle of easement acquisition in support of telecommunications infrastructure projects. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in property research, customer coordination, permitting, and infrastructure project support who thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Reviewing engineering drawings and cable design plans to determine easement requirements
  • Researching deeds, parcel maps, rights-of-way, and existing easement information
  • Coordinating with design teams to prepare easement exhibits and legal plat drawings
  • Preparing and distributing easement documentation packages to property owners
  • Managing customer outreach, follow-up communications, and easement acquisition efforts
  • Serving as the primary point of conduct for property owners regarding project and easement questions
  • Coordinating signed easement execution, document finalization, and legal filings
  • Filing easement with local courthouses and legal jurisdictions
  • Maintaining accurate project trackers, documentation, and status reporting
  • Supporting internal teams, client stakeholders, and project coordination efforts
Senior Designer I

The Senior Designer I is an advanced design professional responsible for producing high-quality engineered telecommunications infrastructure drawings, performing quality assurance reviews, and supporting the development of design staff. This role is ideal for experienced design professionals with strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Developing accurate, construction-ready engineered drawings for overhead and underground telecommunications infrastructure
  • Creating high-quality engineering designs using Bentley MicroStation CAD software
  • Reviewing utility data, plats, deeds, GIS information, and existing infrastructure records
  • Identifying design conflicts, constructability issues, and routing challenges while recommending effective solutions
  • Applying advanced knowledge of telecommunications construction methods and design standards
  • Enduring compliance with client requirements, engineering standards, and jurisdictional regulations
  • Performing QA/QC reviews of junior and mid-level designer work for accuracy and completeness
  • Providing mentorship, training, and technical support to design team members
  • Developing traffic control plans and advanced permitting support drawings as required
  • Supporting project teams with design coordination, technical problem-solving, and production efficiency
